Good support, for peace of mind

The mark of a good hosting server is that they will support you in your time of need. I have had a bad experience with my previous hosting server where it said it had a mysql database ready for my account and when I wanted to configure, I could not connect to the darn thing. When I emailed them for support, guess what … no reply. After seeing out my contract, I changed ISPs and the difference is like night and day.
